Sticking to your background requirements, as well as E-Verify and proper drug testing, will forever be StaffMax’s priority when hiring new associates.
100% of all associates that pass through StaffMax’s orientation will be E-Verified.
StaffMax commits that every associate that is placed at a position, no matter the position, will be tested with a 10-panel drug test or better. This is far beyond the industry standard 5-panel drug test.
StaffMax’s current customers have many different types of background requirements, however StaffMax will never allow a sexual predator or violent felon to be placed at any of our jobs. We have the capabilities to do national background checks that are the standard for any United States’ Government job.
